4. Give results upon building plans application in the stated dateline with a condition that all comprehensive documents are completely submitted.

5. Gives results to applications in stated dateline on a condition that comprehensive documents are conditionally proposed.

6. We will provide efficient and effective cleaning service in the stated time as follows:
- Waste Disposal three (3) times a week
- Drainage Cleaning once in ten (10) weeks
- Grass cutting once in two (2) weeks
7. We will provide service in the following duration:
- Production of receipt in 5 minutes after payment had been made for each business
- Property tax bill handed over in or before 15th January and 15th July every year
- License renewal handed over in or before the 31st January of each year
- Control steps (fogging) adopted within 42 hours after receiving complaint
- Take action within 42 hours of each public complaint
