As a responsible organization to fulfil customer needs especially for taxpayer, MPKu efforts is to channel related prime information function, activity, facility, service, other management development and information. Customer satisfaction on quality service becoming MPKu's main focus and this Website seem to be the medium towards improvements.
MPKu is always striving, brainstorming, and rolling ideas and efforts to ensure proactive and responsive reform in management. MPKu moves toward streamline and strengthen organization together with Federal and State Government development planning.
Besides, Government aspiration stresses on service with a target customer through various setting service, infrastructure usage and application of ICT implemented as continuous effort. MPKu is not excluded from this and this Website is a facility for those calls.
